super fast delivery! i live in a hot country, summer all year long, so i add small ice cubes in the water container, and this tiny thing can cool the entire room. i always have it on my desk. at first it didn't start and i thought it was faulty, the fan had falled inside the fan area, but i was able to put it back in place very easily through the water container (i think it's connected to the fan base with magnets). i wish it came with an english manual, i had to use google translate to read the instructions and warnings. would i recommend it? as a personal fan/aircon-absolutely!
